One Hella Vanilla!

We don't think much of thin lifeless beers. One Hella Vanilla started out envisioned as a blonde. Though we were aiming for that beer style, we wanted a nice thick body to Our brew. So we piled on the rice for substance and beautiful mouthfeel. A rum tincture was stuffed with coconut ,cinnamon ,and a silly amount of fresh vanilla beans and then added to the secondary fermentation, to keep your pallet on its toes. The result was an unruly blonde, that doesn't bow to conventional descriptions. But label her as you see fit, we won't be offended.
