For a 15 month old beer this aged pretty well and actually seemed a bit more balanced than the small bottles. Either way, it paired nicely with some bocadillos.

Last small bottle from the first batch. Overly carbonated and slightly spicy on the tongue at first, bur after 15min in the glass it smoothened out and was very enjoyable. Not bad for a year old dusty bottle.

Not a bad reward after hiking up over 1k meters. The toasted coconut is there but could be more prominent, but the vanilla is definitely noticeable. Need to brew this one again for next season.
