Very nice beer, the taste reminded me of how thick a Weiß beer tastes but more hoppy and slightly bitter, in a good way.

Sharing some of my homebrew with the family after a very late hops harvest. Let's see if I can put it to some use in a future batch.

Second homebrew turned out smoother, fairly bitter, with a herbal grassy taste and a slightly tart finish. Not carbonated enough though.
