We're stoked to bring you Birds and the Bees, our first gruit ale! Brewed exclusively with millet, buckwheat, and wildflower honey, Birds and the Bees contains no hops at all -- instead, we added a blend of heather, lavender, orange peel, coriander, and lemongrass to the boil.

Birds and the Bees greets you first with its somewhat cloudy, pale straw color. A bright, lemony floral aroma dominates the beer, and the flavor has hints of peppery spice, citrus-lemon, and clean hay. The beer finishes silky, light, and refreshing. An approachable intro to the world of gruits!
