Deep candied, plum cake on the nose. Do yourself a favor and drink this at room temperature. Those deep, plumy notes dance with Belgian sugars. Caramelized butter cake soaked in a warm alcohol mixture. Big bold and delicious.

They had to one up the pentuple and make up another style. ABV is encroaching on 17%. Deep malt notes but bigger Belgian yeast impact, probably bc this is fresh. I prefer the five year old Pentuple. I guess I should tuck one of these away.
