Absolute unity, vengeance, tranquility, respective rewards and punishments, and smart use of violence are principles of yakuza’s work. Stability and strict hierarchy are supported in clan thanks to heritage of samurai traditions, and sake is a link strengthening relationships between people.

We took yeast from sake, and Sorachi Ace hop, homie of our Yakuza, served as the basis for brewing the sort.

Specially sledge hammer ale with addition of natural cherry and farm honey, 9% alcohol by volume. Ripe peaches, pollen, subtle cherry and notes of Belgian trappist Ales. Alcohol does not taste, though swallow by swallow warmth spreads in the stomach. Finishing the glass you understand how well 9% abv were hidden. Yakuza is ale you should be careful with. Show Less
