Hop Monkey is a back-to-the-roots West Coast IPA packed with legendary C-hops Centennial, Cascade, Columbus and led by Amarillo, which gives it a dominant note. So we're looking at lots of classic piney notes combined with almost orange-like perfume of Amarillo, backed up by a well-balanced malty backbone. At 6,2 ABV, this collaboration brew between HopDog and Blech.Brut is a quaffable hop delight that will bring your tastebuds nothing but pleasure all hop lovers know from "the good ol' days", but with a fresh and modern twist!
