Hopcat Loves New Belgium

Chocolate Cherry Belgian Dark Strong Ale - Part 2 of a collaboration between Hopcat and New Belgium. For part 1, we went to New Belgium and brewed on their pilot system and for part 2, they came to Grand Rapids and brewed with us. We thought it would be fun to do a similar beer at both places but to flip the ingredients and approach a bit. In Colorado, we used American ale yeast different cocoa nibs and Colorado cherries, and in Michigan we used Belgian ale yeast, Ecuadorian cocoa nibs and Michigan cherries.
