Choc Raspberry Dessert Stout brewed as a collaboration with Bar Josephine in Footscray.
The inspiration came from the infamous Black Forrest Cake but we replaced cherries with vibrant raspberries. It was created as a collaboration with Bar Josephine in Footscray.
The beer was made using, cacao powder and nibs along with a selection of generous chocolate malts. Lactose was added in the boil and then raspberries were added to the ferment.
Rich dark chocolate, a sweet/rounded mid palate finished off with a delicious raspberry bite. Show Less
