Ingredients: Water, Malt (Extra Pale, Oats, Dextrin), Hops (Citra Incognito, Citra, El Dorado, Strata, Azacca Cryo), Yeast (Omega Hornindal)
A few weeks ago we had our 500th brewday, so we had to celebrate it in style.
PHI - Gyle #500 is a real beast of a Triple IPA, fermented with Hornindal Kveik, hopped with Citra Incognito from Simply Hops on the hot side, and dry-hopped with immense amounts of Citra, El Dorado, Strata and Azacca Cryo.
Yeast and hops work together to bring complex notes of pineapple kombucha, jackfruit, ripe grapefruit and maracuja, all packed up in a dangerous 9,5% juicebox. Show Less
