I taste the Chardonnay and zest pretty well on this one. For me personally, I don’t like both very much. in addition, It’s unfortunately not very sour. It might be an ok beer, it’s just not a beer I enjoy drinking.

My first in a bottle after a draft a few weeks ago. It's a beautiful beer in the bottle too. A saison nose. Initial saison on the palate that develops quickly to a fine wine style beer hit. Fabulous!
