How long have I had this bottle? I dunno but, this beer has held up remarkably well. Excellent head retention and a clear pour. Notes of hay in the nose, and seemingly the honey flavor pops out but, I couldn’t get any lemon.

This is many, many years old, and I’m sad Rexx Rsrv didn’t keep going. This is still well-carbed, flavor is a tiny bit sour with a hint of wet cardboard, but mostly, it’s still a surprisingly solid honey lemon saison. RIP Rexx!
