The nose scared me. The sour/lactose proportions are perfect. The lavender shines bigger than expected. It was a very well layered beer. I’m pretty impressed! I didn’t pick up any coconut unfortunately. Smooth body, and low (perfect) carbonation.

Super interesting all around. Prominent coconut on the nose with an abundance of floral lavender. Funky sour without much of a bite, plus more coconut & vanilla to soften up the edges. Didn’t know how I felt at first, but I’m definitely on board now.
