Birkin Beer 5 (14.7%)-This version was triple mash, 24 hour boil, aged in a single Willett 8yr bourbon barrel for 16 months. we experimented with bruleéd apples, toasted pistachios, caramel puffs, and Brazilian Comoros vanilla beans. Big notes of caramel with a good balance of nuttiness from the pistachio and complex undertones of apple. Bourbon also shows through in this beer but does not overwhelm the other ingredients, it is more of a complimentary flavor.The texture has a full opulent mouth feel with a sweet back bone. We're very excited to share this project with you all

please keep cool and expect some sediment. best served at 50-55°F
