Long ignored small bottles from yeast trials a few years ago. Tastes more rounded and full compared to what I recall. A touch of funk in the background which is probably a sign of the age. Crystal clear though

Charcoal lit to prep for some low and slow ribs for the boy's birthday dinner.

Moving 90# hive boxes in 90deg heat makes a beekeeper thirsty. 2 hives doing well. One's a bit weak.

More geekery: Comparing a Saison yeast to a champagne yeast. No preference for me, but SWMBO definitely prefers the saison.

1st big bottle opened. It's a little cloudy yet, but I couldn't have wished for better aroma and flavor. Giddy.
