Saison Spritz - Strawberries & Grenache Grapes

As you know we love working with farm fresh fruit, and one of our favorite fruits to work with is grapes, because of the different flavors and textures it adds to our beer. With this beer, we intend to use different fruits paired with different grape varietals. Our goal with Saison Spritz™ is to create a thirst quenching beverage by using influences such as wine spritzers, and hard seltzers. We conceptualized this beer with the intent of creating a complex but easy and enjoyable spritzy Homage barrel aged saison. We chose a low alcohol barrel conditioned aged hop saison base and re-fermented it with Grenache grape juice from Central California, as well as the sweetest strawberries we can get our hands on. It is super fragrant with notes of sweet strawberries, melted popsicle, white grapes, finishes crisp, dry and intensely effervescent. We encourage you to drink this spritzy beverage STRAIGHT OUT OF THE CAN to enjoy the tight and bubbly carbonation.
