Vintage 2020 - age does this beer well. Hay, lemon zest, green apple skins, subtle tannins, with a slight funk finish that ends with stone fruit. Amazing after 2 years. Crack them now!

This was delicious after a year of aging. Super smooth and citrusy with just e right amount of tart on the finish. Very minimal acidity on the backend, which I think the aging helped.
