The flavour was a surprise. A lot lighter than I was expecting. Very slightly thick. Sweet at first, then mouth-watering sour, then bitter. Big peach, lemon and then moving into mandarin. Dry finish with undertones of passion fruit.

Really love how the sourness complements the tropical notes present in the IPA "base". I'm getting lots of guava, mango, sour pineapple and sour grapes. Aroma is giving green apple, pear and guava again. Will have to delve more into this style!
