Okay now it’s really weird. This is a cheaper trip to Islay. The forest fruit and nettle brighten shear peat smoke. This is truly the goat.

Last night's finisher. Wonderful. Tart loganberry on top of a fantastic golden sour. Smokey barrels adding an unusual but well-balanced dimension. Surprisingly fresh and fruity considering the peated element.
