Le migliori bitter le ho trovate nel Lazio (Hilltop, Shire), non in Inghilterra. Aroma biscottato di caramello e toffee, morbidezza iniziale che lascia subito il passo a un amaro erbaceo, netto e gentile. Grande bevibilità. Canonica, semplice, buonissima.
