This a really well done unique BA adjunct stout blend. It has a good smooth body, a very complex peppery (faintly spicy and coffee-ish) dark chocolate flavor, and a deep bourbon dominant barrel character with nice subtle notes of port fruitiness to it.

Last Hill stout in the fridge. Past prime but still nice to revisit. On flat side. Bottled 01/2020 pre covid stout. Coffee faded, as did head but getting usual Hill bitter chocolate, raisin, bourbon barrel, chocolate covered espresso beans.Better on draft
