Smells like Parmesan cheese rind, wet socks & sour cream with orange rind. Basically perfect. Bone dry (0g/L sugar, surely), floral/herbaceous/citrusy/stone fruit minerals; well water, not malt. Rich tart, lactic & cheesy citrus finish. Phenomenal for 4%.

By far my favorite version of Clara I've had. Nose very floral and yeast driven. Delicate and wispy. Taste is unmistakably hill. We'll water and mainerality are the first thing that comes to mind. eases into a funky farmhouse finish. Great beer to age

Another new tick at HF today!

This held up pretty well. Had the fresh version a few weeks ago and I don’t think this has dropped off at all. Very slight touch of acetone, light acidity, tart citrus and a light straw and hay presence. Plenty of carbonation, as if fresh.

Heavy wheat presence, lemon, hill funk and minerality. Light, crisp clean, mild acidity. So easy drinking.
