Keeping with the “all new” here is a Double IPA produced with a process all new to us, this is something we are working on fine tuning with the goal to make this a new option for our brewing arsenal! This beer has more hops than we have ever used before. In addition to a double dry hop regiment we hit the second dry hop with highly concentrated lupulin hop pellets. This creates less vegetal matter and more clean hop expression. Look for heavy notes of citrus, pine, peach, tropical fruits, and a touch of blueberry from double dry hopping with Mosaic, concentrated Mosaic lupulin pellets, and Citra. This is, in our opinion, one of the most hop saturated beers we have ever made. Show Less
