Again, no real spiciness or heat from the peppers, but the bourbon does plenty of warming all by itself. Smooth and creamy, this is better than the base version. Less cinnamon and a lot more vanillA adds to the overall flavor.

Chili peppers and cinnamon give this stout a spicy heat while vanilla and bourbon barrel aging gives it a sweetness. I would have preferred more bourbon flavor and a little less vanilla sweetness. Still, a nice rich stout.
