On the nose initially farmhouse, manure, fermenting fruits. Taste is poire, bitter apples, tannins, dried leaves. Becomes juicier once longer in the glass. It reminds me faintly of Iris (which makes no sense I know) Lambic plays a backnote. 3y in bottle
