Hugo

When you have twin beers, it's only fitting to name them after your twin brewdogs! Hugo is the more traditional of the pair, expressing old world acidity with a flourish of fresh fruit, yielding a complex, yet drinkable beverage. Hugo received 75% of a year and a half old golden sour, and 25% of a year old Belgian pale ale, then was aged several months on raspberries. Aged lambic hops were used, along with bugs from some of our favorite breweries across the nation. While not a true lambic, we think any Belgian would be happy to drink some, and just like our brewmaster Hugo, this beer will definitely be your new best friend! Show Less
