Goodbye 2020 IPA

To finish off this Dumpster Fire of the year 2020, we decided to go out in style, and have our friends from Burke-Gilman Brewing, Future Primitive , Lazy Boy, and Postdoc help us out with this collaboration IPA. In true 2020 fashion, some brewers attended in person, and some via computer, but we were all dedicated to making a great IPA to help out local bars, restaurants, and breweries that have been hit hard by the pandemic shutdowns. When you get five breweries together to make an IPA, it’s gonna have some hops in it, and double dry-hopping seems like a given. Dry-hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Ekuanot...then dry-hopped AGAIN with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Chinook, Dumpster Fire blends bright citrus rind, blueberries, and pine seamlessly; bitter, but balanced. The PNW craft community knows how to come together in tough times, and lend a hand. Flame on, 2020!!!
