An anniversary beer that will focus on one singular experimental hop varietal each year. Brewed to be a Southwest IPA. Not a Northeast. Not a West Coast. We designed this beer to start a conversation, taking elements of different styles and crafting a beer that is easy to drink but still retains features that have become so popular as of late, yet distinctly different from other styles. This year, the feature hop is Bru-1. Pours a soft golden color with just a shadow of haze and a delicate aroma of candied pineapples to lure you in.
