Dangerous Summer

A traditional take on a Belgian Saison. Dangerous Summer is brewed with an Heirloom variety barley & fresh picked, German Hallertau Mittelfrüh & Tettnanger hops. Fermented dry with a classic yeast strain from a Walloonian brewery and re-fermented again in the keg with a totally different strain for antiquity bubbles & foamy peaks. The pears no longer grew skin & instead were covered with sticks of Juicy Fruit. There was a morning in July where the last drop of dew was licked by the sun from the honeysuckle flowers.
