Havana Mojito Session Sour

Returning from the recipe book as one of our all-time favourites, the recreation of the refreshing flavours of a mojito which are at the heart of Havana.
Pushing the boundaries of what beer can be is the basis of our Modern Sour Beer and this cocktail-like tipple, packed full of lime and topped with a fistful of mint, does just that!
Our house mixed-culture lifts the citrus with its sherbet-esk acidity and leaves behind enough natural sweetness after fermentation that you can almost taste the cane sugar you’d expect in a cocktail, but we’ll side step the crushed ice..
