Haskap Cider

We know that bears like their berries; its estimated that in a single summer they cam eat more than 30,000 of them. Thankfully we got to the Haskap berry first. Hazzberry Farms, a partnership of 28 Maritime beery farmers, sustainably grows these dark blue, oval-shaped berries (also known as the “honeyberry” so of course bears like them!) They are full of antioxidants and more Vitamin A and C than an orange. Offering up flavours reminiscent of blueberry and raspberry with a tangy kick, when we combine Haskap berries with the bright notes of apple, this Haskap Cider sparkles pink in the glass and is a perfect marriage of tart and sweet.
