I love Islay Scotch. This strong ale was aged in Islay Scotch barrels. Hotels of molasses, toffee, leather, peat, that blend to a delicious smoky sweet treat. A definite sipper, this one is great in a cozy chair. Call it a split between 4.25 and 4.5.
