Pours a flat orange-gold with no head. Strawberry on the nose with some yeasty funk. Tart on tasting, vinous notes, wood with subtle strawberry on the back end and a dryish finish. Medium bodied. Nice enough example of style.

2016 bottle. Aroma is amazing, like homemade strawberry jam on toast. Flavour doesn't quite deliver that, but maybe just due to low carbonation. Very tart, a bit funky, touch of sweetness. Strawberry present but subtle.
