Chocolate and roasty notes on the nose, medium carbonation, not too sweet but quite boozy probably from the “weinbrand “ barrels w more booze less flavor than bourbon. A little thinner than expected but interesting. Port notes less present.

Heute mal ein Parallel-Vergleich von 2019 zu 2020: Dieses Imperial Stout wurde in Weinbrand-/Portweinfässern gelagert. Ich schmecke eine deutliche Weinnote, dezent säuerlich, aber auch Röstiaromen. Insgesamt rund. 👍🍻 🇩🇪
