After 7 years of aging, it has become frighteningly smooth and not boozy. This is a masterpiece of brewing. Superbly done. Just a touch of maple flavor shining through the bourbon/malt base. Just a WOW beer.

#2016 purchased 2018 & cellared since. Dark black pour, tiny brown head. Dark roasty malty nose. Decent body & mouthfeel. Light boozyness, malty, bourbon, touch of sweetness & maple like flavors. This is ok.
