Great, easy drinker. Bit of a bready/yeasty texture. But clean and slight bite. Mostly smooth and floral. Slight fruit.

Dry and a bit bitter but a nice light spice. Worth the $25 I didn’t pay for it

Basil, lemongrass, flowers, hints of nutmeg/ground spice, toasted white bread, minerals, oak, freshly cracked black pepper, hints of white wine grape. Carbonation is perfect - feels like what drinking a cloud would be. Long, complex, bitter finish. 4.65.
