Susan loved City of Cake so I bought her a box from the brewery and got us one of these each as well, and this is my one. We split up well over a year ago and drinking it brings back a lot of memories. The beer? Oh yeah, it’s liquid chocolate fudge cake.

So this from Hammerton is a big Impy with all the attributes of cake. Very chocolatey, I’m guessing there is lactose here but I can’t taste it , certainly no roast barley here. Good but not great !
