Lullaby - Oak Aged (2018)

Lullaby is an Oak Aged Black Rye Farmhouse Sour Ale brewed with lots of rye and chocolate malts, plus some Belgian candi syrup for some deep fruity notes.

This year’s batch has a bit of a twist. With any barrel, it needs to be topped off throughout it’s aging process to avoid oxygen getting in. As we don’t have a lot of dark beer on hand in our brewery, we decided to keep this barrel topped off with some of our previous fruit beers (Blue Thunder (blueberries), Totally (raspberries), Pulsar (cherries). So the same great base of Lullaby flavours are there with chocolate, light roast, vanilla, and funk. The small amounts of fruit beer added, gives it some extra fruitiness & dimension. Show Less
