@Belgian Beer Fest Fiuggi. Aggressive smell typical from single malt whiskey. Definitely smoky, peated, like smoked fish. Then an immersion to lambic flavors. Sourness is not taken over from peat. Lemony, tart, way longlasting. 4.40
