Brettanomyces is a wild yeast that makes Rayon Vert the most complex beer we create. If Green Flash were founded in historical Pre-War Belgium, Rayon Vert would have been our flagship brew. It’s the ingredient that characterizes this beer as a risky endeavor. And it infuses this Belgian-Style Pale Ale with a delightfully unpredictable, bottle-conditioned flavor, adding a lively effervescence, dryness and continuously evolving character. Rayon Vert is Green Flash. Like our beer, we are continuously evolving and proudly claim to be the first brewery in the U.S. to bottle the wild yeast year-round.
