Droog, bitter, dank en scherp. Batch 2 zag wellicht het licht omdat de eerste als een van de mindere in deze reeks beschouwd wordt. GC lijkt moeite te hebben met Galaxy, maar dat geldt voor meerdere Amerikaanse brouwerijen (Trillium met name).
