Loaded up with a heavy dose of Unmalted wheat and Citra, we swapped out the Galaxy for our favorite lot of Nelson to create a hop marriage that is insanely delicious. We tweaked this batch a bit to keep that color beautifully low. The result is insanely juicy, with a soft bitterness and a hoppy mouthfeel that gently dries the palate. The flavor profile is all pineapple and mango. Read Less
