Leaping The Dog 白云苍狗

Brewed in collaboration with our old mates at Moon Dog (Melbourne, ‘Straya), this Barley Champagne was made to commemorate Great Leap’s 500th batch of beer. Floral and hoppy but not at all bitter, light in body yet refined and complex. Fermented with champagne yeast and hopped with Hallertau Blanc hops, our celebratory brew boasts the finest attributes of both beer and champagne.

白云苍狗大麦香槟是大跃与MoonDog（墨尔本，澳大利亚）酒厂合酿的结晶，同时也是为了纪念大跃第500批次啤酒出罐而酿制。此款啤酒酒花香气馥郁却并无苦意，清澈的酒体精致而繁复。使用了香槟酵母和HallertauBlanc啤酒花酿制，兼备啤酒和香槟的优良特性，成为意味十足的佳酿。 Show Less
