Continuing with our pilot experiments for next year’s edition of Hop Disciples, this version features an experimental varietal of hop #06297. The working title for this hop is “Creamsicle,” and that is an accurate description of the aroma and flavor qualities: Valencia orange fruit and pith with an interesting creamy smoothness and a hint of orange blossom honey. With the simple malt bill, the hop is allowed to shine.

The name of the pilot batch is derived from a certain show's interdimensional cable episode. Read Less
