Scarlet Wetter

Based on the "Vienna Lager" style, and brewed with fresh, local Mt. Hood hops. These hops are related to the noble hops of Germany, but are locally grown and used while still "wet" from the field, within one day of being picked. Being that they are never dried or packaged, these hops impart a wonderful hop flavor and aroma that cannot be matched by processed hops. This hop character is nicely balanced by the slightly sweet flavors of caramel malts, and the beer itself is thirst-quenching and drinkable. Show Less
