Gray's Lake Nessie

Confluence Brewing Company is nestled just beyond the tree line south of Gray's Lake, so it seems only proper to name a beer for this fantastic local park. Most have heard the tale of the Loch Ness Monster, but we have an ale just as tall... Our Gray's Lake Nessie gains its characteristic richness and deep mahogany color from a monstrous two hour boil. The addition of East Kent Golding hops balances the sweetness and a cool fermentation period with proper Scottish ale yeast calms our beloved Nessie from terrifying tale to friendly legend.
