Intense citrus with age - lime and blood orange are concentrated with 9 years in bottle. Soft carb; lots of marmalade flavours that are a bit reductive but also deep; suggestions of dried citrus on the finish. Very good stuff.

Hop Doc is drinking a Brother Soigné (5/28/2015) by Grassroots Brewing at Hamilton Homestead aka Black Barn Artisan Ales

Lime is light at 9 years in bottle but blood orange is still very prominent on the nose . Enteric quality and light funk. Light acidity that has helped maintain the fruity quality for this long. Lovely. 4.4

Aging incredibly well. Similar in quality to the 14 and 15 Florence earlier. Zesty, tart, crisp, mineral and funky. Soigne is generally better drag but I am impressed with how this batch is aging
