I'm trying to not think of this as a mild. It is just a beverage. It is malty, but has a strange fruitiness that is a bit red berry before it slips over to cough syrup.

Straw'ry with very light walnut hop. They have produced a late 17th century style mild which is more bitter as opposed to darker and maltier reddish ale. Not what I was hoping for but pleasantly surprised. Downer being is that it's draught.
