It seems to be a bit too old, not sure the DoB. Fruity yeast is fading. Still solid,but not like on tap. Sips allow the flavors to build,but mostly pear,unripened melon, with a hint of grapefruit it would score a 4.5 back in the day

Hops. Saison like, but not sour. A mid August high plains wheat flavor. There's something very familiar about the end of the taste

5-9-11.Aroma is perfumey citrus, elderflower, and light spice. Creamy mouthfeel, with flavours of gooseberries, lemon, straw, and subtle spice. Not a hint of the higher ABV.
