Smooth, plum sweet and roasty. Surprisingly light. Held up well after 11+ years.

04/16/12 1028. Almost 10 years old and still tasty. Peppercorn flavor has softened a bit. Maybe a light oxidation but overall it starts to get a light cola flavor but still definitely a beer. With delicious sous vide lobster.

Absolutely mind boggling, its roasty, and peppery, but with the slightest edge of tartness, if you have ever had Cuvee Alex LaRouge, thats been aged, this is similar. I cant belive how well this held up almost 10 years old and still carbonated as fuck
